Delete your Samadhan account

You can delete your Samadhan account and personal data at any time.

Quickest: in the app

Open Samadhan.
Go to About Us.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us here

If you can't use the app, for example because you no longer have the phone, send us this request. We may call or message the number to confirm it's you, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in and your account: your name, mobile number, EPIC number or address, and language.
The record that your number is registered with Samadhan.
Your name, mobile number, EPIC number and address, from every complaint you filed.
If you ask: the photos, videos and voice notes you sent with your complaints.

What we keep, and for how long

Your complaints, with nothing that names you: the type of problem, description, location, status and updates, and any photos, videos and voice notes you didn't ask us to delete. We keep them as a record of problems reported and resolved in the area.
Reel likes stay in each reel's count, no longer linked to you.
This request (your name, number and the date), as a record that we acted on it.
